LCC was asked to remodel two building lobbies simultaneously, adding in security turnstiles, a rail-less glass security wall, a granite finished security wall, and replacing a revolving door with a new balanced door.  We were able to complete this while keeping both lobbies fully operational.

The FAA's air traffic control centers are a vital component to our nation's air travel.  When one of the FAA's chillers was found to be leaking tens of thousands of gallons of water at their Aurora facility, LCC received an emergency call to find and fix the problem.  We were able to respond rapidly, locate the leak, and make the necessary repairs and re-designs to mitigate more problems in the future.

LCC has completed many roof tear off and replace projects including this one from Oshkosh, WI.  We were able to completely remove the old building roof, make any necessary deck repairs, and replace with a new roof and new flashing without stopping USPS work below!

This multi-tenant facility was having major issues with flooding, water damage, and dangerous ice build up.  We were asked to contribute to the design and construct a solution to all of these problems.  LCC was able to mitigate all of these concerns all while keeping the entire facility accessible to the many medical and ADA requiring tenants.
